Signature Bags are made from polyester. We use a waterless sublimation process, using non-toxic inks in certified factories. Polyester is the only material that can be successfully sublimated and get the amazing graphics that we can put on your bags. We have the option to use 100% certified recycled polyester (certification available on request). Natural Bags are made from either cotton or bamboo fiber. Cotton options can also include certified organic.

Yes! We give you the option to use certified 100% recycled polyester (rPET). Our Certification in in accordance with the Global Recycling Standard (GRS)

Industry standard custom bags are normally made from nylon and silk-screen printed. Nylon manufacture creates nitrous oxide, a greenhouse gas 310 times more potent than carbon dioxide. Nylon is approximately 1/3 higher price than polyester to manufacture, and this price increase of the raw material is carried through to the end product. Also the print area for a silk-screen printed bag is only 12" x 12"!! Our sublimation process allows for the entire bag to be printed! We like to keep our prices as low as possible, so you can advertise your brand in style! Oh, and polyester can be recycled, while nylon can't.

Firstly we need to create a mock-up. We do this by gathering information from you that includes your logo, any existing artwork you may have, and your corporate colors. You can also create your own mock-up using the template we supply. Once the mock-up is approved, we move onto the sampling stage. We create a sample for you, which you sign off on. Once it is signed off for production, we move forward! Generally, production takes 4-6 weeks, and we include sea freight included in the price, or we can airfreight the bags to you as an additional charge. It's all very simple! We take care of everything for you!

Quality Control is extremely important to us, and we have staff in Shanghai overseeing each and every job we do. Our factory has been making our bags for 17 years. They know their stuff! Your bags will be checked at each and every stage, from printing and signing off on all Pantone colors, then the final stitching and packing.
